Jamie (00:01.08)
Hi guys, welcome back to Proof It's Possible. Today we're chatting about new and exciting things that we're trying and giving our product or service reviews. My list is all basically products, but.

Dayle (00:14.133)
Yes.

Dayle (00:17.875)
Yeah, mine, mine mostly is too. And like some I'm not through yet. So I will have to, I'm just going to share with you what I'm doing, but you'll. Okay. well, I recently started, well, not recently, I've tried this before and I loved it, but I went and bought more of it. So I started natural deodorant, which is from somebody that we know and she is a local

Jamie (00:26.2)
Go ahead, start sharing.

Jamie (00:41.805)
Yes.

Dayle (00:47.787)
Canadian owned, all natural, no animal testing business. So I liked all of that. And I thought, but it was natural deodorant. And I'm like, but I don't really want BO. I don't like mom. Exactly. And, and I just have to tell my like one story. Mom was using some natural deodorant three years ago when I, my luggage got lost on my way to Christmas. And I had to borrow her deodorant when I got there, like for the next six days.

Jamie (01:00.13)
Well, who does? I'm just wondering. Who does?

Dayle (01:18.289)
it smelled like cow manure. So I was terrified to try natural deodorant because I'm like, I don't want to smell like it just went rolled around in a bunch of shit. And it even BO, was cow manure straight up. So mom, if you're still using that, please stop. But anyways, I bought all of the types from Sonder, which I think their website is sonderfresh.com. And basically I bought all the

Jamie (01:26.841)
yeah, no, who does? Once again, does?

Jamie (01:33.57)
Yeah, get ready. my god.

Dayle (01:47.711)
flavors, there's four different scents. And I, cause I'm a smell person, so I want this to smell good. I also want me to work. So that was my like two criteria. And I thought this, we all know which one smells the best. And then I could like give one to each of your girls because it's self healthy and they're little athletes and it's summer and everybody's like aware of their body odor in your world right now. You know, are many teenagers in training. So, and that's what I love about it. If, if the like,

Jamie (02:10.21)
You can hope, you can hope.

Dayle (02:17.589)
company is telling me that it's like safe enough for kids safe enough for adults. I'm like way more likely to drink it like if a protein shake can't be eaten by a kid. I'm like why though? What's in it? What's the reason for that? what? Why are you putt willing to poison an adult but you can't poison a kid like what tell me the reason. So I do like products that are kid friendly. So this is very kid friendly, very teen friendly and all of the scents including the men's scent. I was like this is delicious.

Jamie (02:26.602)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Yeah.

Jamie (02:33.538)
Totally.

Jamie (02:44.174)
I know, the land smeller. Yes, yes.

Dayle (02:47.081)
Like, but they're all good. Like there's like a coconut one. They're just all really good. So I've been, I like

Jamie (02:50.912)
Yes, they are. They are so good. And that was actually on my list too. And I was going to say that I'm not a big fan of a lot of natural smelling things. Like I don't, I don't love the smell of like cinnamon, like things that other people are like, it's natural. And it smells really good. It typically, if I don't like those scents, like I'm not a huge me neither, or like, or

Dayle (03:12.725)
Or I don't like like patchouli oil, you know, or whatever.

Jamie (03:18.284)
Like I don't love the smell of like orange. You know how some cleaning products are like the smell of like orange, orange peels? And that's not my thing. Like so a lot of the natural things people use are just not my thing. And that's what I loved about Saunders. I was like, I actually worship the smell of all four of her scents. So that was like a huge bonus for me. And then also it works like so amazingly. So yes, that was my list too.

Dayle (03:21.355)
Same. Yeah. Yeah.

Dayle (03:41.503)
Yes, well, and like testing it out in Phoenix, I, you know, if you're going to sweat anywhere, it's like the shoulder months to summer in Phoenix. is 38 degrees and outside all day. And so I was wearing my original Sonder product at our girls trip and I was fine. You know, like it's good enough for any conditions. So I, it was, it's honestly like a major, major recommendation. I've told

Jamie (03:46.926)
yeah.

Jamie (03:53.283)
Yes.

Jamie (04:05.197)
Yeah.

Dayle (04:10.985)
hundred people about it since I since I've smelled all the smells because now I'm like, they're all really good. Like you can buy anyone and doesn't matter. And if I run out, I would use the man's like I think it's that nice of a smell that it's not like it's definitely very masculine and it feels like you're wearing man's deodorant but it's like a good man's deodorant. It's not like a grandpa, you know, so my other thing that I started doing which like I

Jamie (04:16.429)
We're here.

Jamie (04:22.402)
Yes. yeah, totally.

Jamie (04:29.858)
Yeah, like an old fashioned, old spicey.

Dayle (04:39.455)
have had like a few health challenges in the last six months. So what ended up happening is I like put on a little bit of weight and I wasn't as active and I wasn't able, it was just like eating weird and you know, my body was like just recovering and I was letting it do its thing and like not focusing on that unhealthy eating and working out every day. So I've recently decided like it's time to buckle down and get back to my old self and do the things.

So I started, I did a macros, which I've talked about on the podcast before, a macros with Lori Lamenda. And so I loved that. That was like a nice new addition to my life to just keep an eye on like, did I eat too much fat today? Did I eat too much carbs today? Whatever. And have some sort of framework. So I've loved that. But the biggest tip that she gave me that I think is like blowing my damn hair back is protein in my coffee.

I started eating protein in my coffee and I immediately, like the week later, I was like, I think I lost some weight. I definitely lost like some bloating in my midsection that's been bugging me. So I'm like, how come everyone's been drinking protein in their coffee? I'm a, I know. Okay, so I'm a lazy and a person who's dedicated, dedicated to my routine of coffee in the morning.

Jamie (05:45.198)
Okay, but let's talk about what kind of protein you're using because I'm not really ready to ruin my coffee.

Dayle (05:58.953)
I want my coffee to be exactly the same, has to come from me and Darren have separate coffee makers because I think his coffee maker is shit and I'm not drinking gross coffee. I need my own little espresso maker. It's beautiful. I love it. It makes the perfect cup of coffee. so I was like, this isn't going to go well. So I've tried powder and I've tried just premier protein from Costco where it's just the chocolate and I pour like just, you know, enough for coffee creamer. I'm not like

Jamie (06:09.56)
Same.

Jamie (06:27.747)
Mm-hmm.

Dayle (06:28.595)
mixing an ounce of coffee into a whole protein. finished the protein after my coffee. And it almost makes it taste like a mocha. And now I prefer that to my old coffee. It's very crazy that I've made this change, but I'm telling you, I always knew that protein, like we shouldn't eat just like a big bowl of sugar cereal for breakfast. I that we needed protein in the mornings. But I also was like,

Jamie (06:41.474)
your old stuff. Interesting. Okay.

Jamie (06:52.099)
Of course.

Dayle (06:56.743)
over my dead body slash coffee routine. You know, like I was like, coffee routine comes first and then I can protein after. And basically what she explained to me is that once you get to like a certain age as a woman, your body almost gets like a hit of too much caffeine and stimulus. And what ends up happening is it puts your body into a little bit of an anxious, stressful state. Cause it's like, you haven't fed me in a lot of hours. Now I've got all this extra energy and what that does is it holds stressful quarters.

Jamie (07:00.876)
Yeah!

Yes.

Jamie (07:18.38)
Yes, I.

Dayle (07:25.853)
like cortisol in your midsection. And that's exactly what I was like feeling. I'm like, I just can't shake this is driving me crazy. So if you're like me and you're wondering why it's not.

Jamie (07:26.646)
as well. Yeah.

Jamie (07:39.128)
So I have danced around the idea of like giving up my morning coffee because it gives me like the jitters and anxiety, but I'm so obsessed with the like routine of it. It's like a religious, like spiritual moment for me in the morning. And then I'm like, I just can't imagine my life without it. So I don't know where to go from here. I also don't love the taste of decaf coffee. I find it like super acidic and kind of weird. So maybe I just need to add a little protein.

Dayle (07:49.407)
Yeah. Yeah.

Dayle (08:01.909)
Yeah.

Jamie (08:06.786)
But every time I've tried this before, I've never tried protein, but I've tried like doing collagen in my coffee. I've tried doing mushroom powder in my coffee for like gut health and stuff. I do it for a small amount of time and then I give it up. Cause I'm like, I just want my old coffee back. I just want my, the way it used to be. But I think I'm going to do the protein.

Dayle (08:23.339)
Well, I wonder if you drank a protein before your coffee or try this first. But if you're still getting that like jittery anxious kind of coffee feeling, just do a quick protein before coffee and then go into your like mid morning coffee routine where you get the habit. Yeah.

Jamie (08:38.53)
Yeah. Okay, I'm gonna try that. I'm gonna try it. One thing that I am trying is not wearing sunscreen. And before you come at me, everybody, before you just lose your mind on me, I'm not convinced that the chemicals on your skin are better for you than just letting your body do its natural thing.

Dayle (08:53.021)
Yeah, I like it.

Jamie (09:07.86)
If you are sun sensitive, like my family is not super sun sensitive, we all have pretty dark skin and can withstand a little more sunlight than like probably the average family, I would say. But I'd rather sit in the shade completely than put sunscreen on my body. Like I'm at a point where I'm like, I don't like the chemicals that are in sunscreen and I don't think they're good for my children. So I'd rather them

Dayle (09:32.298)
Mm-hmm.

Jamie (09:37.324)
be forced to like get out of the sun, then do the alternative, which is to take them in sunscreen. Controversial, know. What's that?

Dayle (09:39.541)
Yes.

Dayle (09:43.775)
Well, and I kind of like learned this lesson. Yeah, I learned this lesson because I don't wear a ton of sunscreen. I do on my face, but I don't just lather my body very often because I'm exactly the same weight. Like when I feel like I've had enough sun, I need to just leave the sun. I don't need to lather. but I was having kind of like sensitivity to the sun and like...

just some weird stuff the last time I went like two times ago to Phoenix. so what I did was I was like, well, you know what I'm gonna put on my legs is just like the thickest whitest sunscreen. And like I broke out into a sun, almost like a sun rash. Like it was the weirdest thing that's ever happened to me. And I've thought back to my life and I'm like, I think this happened to me once in Hawaii. It happened to me once in the summer in Canada. And I was like, sunscreen.

Jamie (10:33.838)
you

Dayle (10:36.499)
Every time it was sun, I was wearing sunscreen.

Jamie (10:36.942)
What happens to me? It's it's happened to me in my lifetime a lot. Like memory used to call me bubble girl because every time we go on a trip when we were younger, I would break out in a rash. But every time we go on a trip, I would wear tons of sunscreen. So I actually think it's like a reaction to the sunscreen. I don't think it's a reaction to the sun or whatever else. We were blaming it on back down.

Dayle (10:43.679)
Yes.

Dayle (10:56.779)
Yeah, think you're right. I actually think you're right. I might test this out this summer and just see how I do.

Jamie (11:04.226)
Yeah, me too. The other thing is I was gonna do like a shout out to my Instagram and be like, what kind of collagen is the world using? Because I used to have collagen that I loved that I would add to my coffee. It was like a coconut flavor. It was super sugary, like, or it was like sticky. And the bottle that it came in was so infuriating. It was this like beautiful.

Dayle (11:30.791)
Mm-hmm. I think I had the same one. Yes, beautiful looking on your counter. Yes.

Jamie (11:33.792)
Yes, it was this beautiful like apothecary kind of like, you know, glass thing, ornate thing that could like sit on your counter and you wouldn't feel embarrassed by it. But nearly impossible with a cork nearly impossible to pour it and not spill onto the bottle.

Dayle (11:38.229)
Mm-hmm.

Yes.

Dayle (11:54.207)
Yes, and it's like honey, like it was the texture of honey.

Jamie (11:56.212)
Yes, it so sticky and like once it touched one thing, your whole kitchen needed to be scrubbed. Like, so I honestly got so frustrated with the bottle that I was like, until they get a new bottle for this, until they can figure out their container, I can't be a part of this anymore. So I stopped it a few years ago and I've put it in my cart a few times on well.ca and been like, should I go down the road again? But, and I've tried a ton of other ones. Like I've tried the collagen pills. I don't think they work that well.

Dayle (12:16.299)
Same.

Dayle (12:25.801)
No.

Jamie (12:25.806)
So I do like the liquid marine collagen, but, I've tried the little squishy pouches where you just like squish it into your mouth, but there's things about that that I don't love. I've gotten somewhere, it tastes like you're drinking fruity beef broth, and I'm like, this is just not, this is not for me. I'm not the kind of person who would naturally just drink bone broth, because, you know, like rather than my morning coffee, I'm not warming up some bone broth and drinking it. So.

Dayle (12:39.883)
Yeah. Good.

Dayle (12:51.765)
Well, do wanna know what's something I realized so much about myself? When I did my macros with Lori, she said to me, you're not gonna love every meal that you eat. And I'm like, I want to though. I do love eating. Like I think that delicious food is my like thing. And I totally get what she's saying. Like it takes compromise sometimes. Like you do have to work towards a goal.

Jamie (13:05.869)
I know.

Dayle (13:18.911)
But I, and I have been, I've been like eating things that are just good for me, but not my favorite. Not good for me, but not my favorite. And of course it works. yes, it works. But I realized in that moment what a little child I am. Like I was like, yeah, but I love this. You know, and like for me, my like hard section of food that I absolutely love, that's not really on easily on any diet is, or cutting back program is Asian food.

Jamie (13:30.743)
Yeah.

Dayle (13:49.319)
I love, well, honestly, of ethnic food. Like I love Indian food. I love Thai food.

Jamie (13:53.426)
But if you if you think about it Asian food is I mean other than Chinese food is not super high in fat

Dayle (13:59.443)
It's not I mean, so that's what I've had to do is I've had to learn more about like, what is in a pad tie. So what how much do I actually get? You know, I can still have it.

Jamie (14:08.77)
Yeah, I'm not my weakness. Like I'm like, I'm there for the coconut rice and the coconut curry.

Dayle (14:13.779)
Me too. And like that, yeah, how much more calories is in coconut rice over the other kind? And like, is it more sugar? Is it this? Is it that? And so it's just like learning more about my food and being a lot more mindful that I was like, and, it's funny because I'm, I've learned certain things are like wildly high in calories that I always kind of just thought like, this is so good for me. I'm such a, like, I was being such a fake health food person, you know? So

Jamie (14:40.2)
for fake health reasons,

Dayle (14:43.211)
That's one thing I'm trying to kick to the curb is like buying into the fake health food world, you know, where you're like, this protein bar is only 700 calories, but it's giving me 50 grams of protein. And it's like, well, I like the 50 grams of protein, but 700 calories for a one hit meal or snack is a little wild, you know, once you get like some sort of framework. And I think that that's what

It's made me just look into everything a little bit more, not be so mindless.

Jamie (15:17.909)
I'm a little bit the opposite. I do enjoy every meal that I eat for the most part, unless I'm rushing out the door and I'm just getting something the kids will eat. But if I'm making a meal, I'm making something I would like to put in my mouth. But one thing I've noticed is that in order to get my kids to eat protein, I have to put a sweet sauce on it. And so what I'm doing lately is I'm oh.

Dayle (15:29.994)
totally.

Jamie (15:46.294)
What always, like what's better? Is it that they get protein or is it that their protein has some sugar on it? Like, you know, the sugar sauce or like, so I'm doing a lot of protein, which also brings me to my next thing is that I like to keep like mostly whole foods. Like I'm all about like, I don't love a protein powder. If you could eat the food instead, I would rather eat the food instead. And I've been like that.

Dayle (15:53.093)
share on it. Well, and like they're quick so they can eat the sugar.

Dayle (16:07.029)
Mm-hmm, me too.

Jamie (16:15.288)
for most of my life. So I feel like I've got like a pretty normal relationship with like what I eat and what I don't eat. But my kids, because they are not eating enough protein and I'm worried that they're not like growing enough and getting enough protein because they're like high energy sports kids that I'm like, should I be giving them a protein powder? Like, should I be, should I allow them to have like protein in the form of like protein powder?

Dayle (16:41.365)
Smoothie. Yeah, exactly. Like you put it in the smoothie. Yeah, I know.

Jamie (16:43.124)
you're an expert on this, please weigh in like if you because I also have a protein powder that's like my preferred if I am going to have protein, I want to do it with this one brand. And it also has a ton of like other vitamins that I really appreciate and really made me feel good when I drank it. Like I'm like, my body obviously needed some vitamin A and vitamin D and vitamin B and all vitamin C and all the things so I'm like, is it

Dayle (17:01.739)
Yeah.

Jamie (17:10.57)
Is protein powder bad for kids or is it just that you give them a smaller dosage? You know, because that's too much vitamins for them at one time. Like their little livers can't handle it. So that's one thing I'm like exploring is like bending my own rules on like food.

Dayle (17:28.875)
For sure. I have one last one in like the health and then I have one thing that I'm doing in my like other parts of my life. The health part, I, this one I haven't started you guys. This is like secret telling. Well, not secret telling, but like it's kind of a weird and gross thing. I'm gonna try a paracetal cleanse. I'm terrified. I like have the box for a month and a half and I just can't execute on

Jamie (17:57.9)
box since October. I bought it in October.

Dayle (18:00.029)
Yeah, well, the fact that you had already bought one and then I bought one and then we like came together and like admitted it to each other that we're holding these boxes and we won't open them like and I'm just playing dumb on it right now. I'm like, my God, this is so overwhelming. I can't do it right now. I haven't.

Jamie (18:15.072)
It is overwhelming. Have you opened your box? My box? Literally 17 trillion items in it. Like, you gotta dry brush your skin. You gotta... You gotta give yourself enemas.

Dayle (18:21.361)
Is there? really?

No, mine doesn't have that, thank God. No.

Jamie (18:29.548)
Mine has that, mine has that and it's terrifying. Yes, it's more than just taking a little tincture to kill the parasite. It's it's a full removal of your insides.

Dayle (18:35.101)
Okay, well, we'll revisit when we get brave enough to actually open the pot. Yeah. my God. Okay.

Dayle (18:46.283)
But why I'm bringing this up is because I'd like to hear from anybody who's done this. I'm like, encourage me please, because I can't. At this point, I'm literally terrified to open the box. I won't. I just bought it.

Jamie (18:50.871)
And also.

Jamie (18:56.076)
Okay, and also Google parasite cleanse if you're like a little bit curious about this because it's in a weird and disgusting way, a little bit addicting to see what comes out of people. What?

Dayle (19:07.359)
really, I see and I don't know any of that and honestly, I don't I can't I won't look at that. I'm not looking at no.

Jamie (19:10.32)
yeah. No, you have to. It's like, once you know that's living inside of you, that's the motivation you need to get it out. Once you know there's a whole family of caterpillars up there.

Dayle (19:18.921)
Yeah, but you went and looked and you're still not opening the box. You went and looked and didn't open the box. So it's not motivating enough.

Jamie (19:27.852)
Yeah, I know, it's not, those roundworms inside of me are just living their best life right now.

Dayle (19:36.096)
Exactly. Eating the sugar meat you're eating every day. Loving it.

Jamie (19:39.564)
they're like bring on the sugar meat that's actually delicious. By the way shout out to Kiera, Brows by Kiera Unity Collective for posting the latest sugar meat thing she does. It's like a Korean beef bowl and you can like just google it or go onto Pinterest and look up Korean beef bowl or go start following her she shares what she needs to do. Yeah but it's basically like ground beef and then she puts like kind of like a honey garlic sauce on it over rice with like

Dayle (19:50.815)
recipe. nice.

Dayle (19:58.079)
Yeah, it's on Ciara's page, I'm pretty sure, as a permanent post.

Jamie (20:07.468)
julienned cucumbers and carrots and spinach and whatever vegetables your kids will eat. Totally delicious.

Dayle (20:15.175)
just write her every single time. Can you send me the recipe? And then she does for whatever she's making. And I've never made any of them.

Jamie (20:20.526)
Yeah, but like, know how annoying it is, because I do this to her too, and then I lose the recipe in like six months. go like, hey girl, can you send me that recipe again? And she's like, yeah, I've sent it 16 times. No problem.

Dayle (20:30.729)
Yeah, I'm sure she's sick of us. All right, switching gears. Do you have any other health ones that you are doing right now?

Jamie (20:38.144)
No, no, I don't think so.

Dayle (20:39.871)
Yeah, me either. Switching gears, I, I'm trying to learn about funnels and automations and like, do things differently because in my business,

Jamie (20:55.5)
I really want to log off to this off of this podcast. That's how little I want to talk about funnels.

Dayle (20:59.933)
I know that's a little I want to talk about it, but I I'm just saying that if anybody really understands that, particularly on Kajabi, I'd love any details or advice that you have, because I'm in the like deep learning stages. It's almost or it's like kind of summertime. And as we always say on the show that we come alive, like we come alive in every way. And it's not necessarily always just in work ways, but like

That's something I'm doing differently. I'm not being the like nasty little bee that looks out the window and hates what I look at and says mean things to the snow. I'm like my happiest self. I'm entering into my best months of the whole year. It's yeah, I'm literally blossoming. And like you were saying like your kids are all quite tiny because you're tiny and they're busy active kids. And we were you were saying like my kids grow in the summer.

Jamie (21:42.978)
blossoming this spring.

Jamie (21:56.526)
They do.

Dayle (21:56.543)
because you grow in the sunlight, like you grow like a flower, you know? And I thought to myself, absolutely, like that's, we're summer people. Like there's gotta be some kind of, you know how there's like human design and then there's horoscopes and you know, your astrological sign and all that. I'm like, there's gotta be some kind of like sign that ties you to a season. And like to me, the season,

Jamie (22:20.333)
a season.

Or even like, don't you think like a country? Like I'm always like, in my past life, this girl didn't live in Canada. She didn't live. My past life, she lived somewhere warm.

Dayle (22:30.027)
Absolutely.

Darren says to me all the time, he's like, how can you feel this mad about winter at 42 years old? It's the only thing you've ever known. And I'm like, correction. I've gone on enough, even small vacations to know there's life outside of the walls of winter. I know, I know that there is a better place for me out there. My soul knows. I'm not getting used to it.

Jamie (22:57.536)
My soul knows because

Dayle (23:02.377)
And I think the older I get, it's going to get worse. I think I'm going to need sun more.

Jamie (23:07.382)
I know the sun is just the best.

Dayle (23:09.931)
gives life like I'm telling you it gives life and I live in a sunny place but sunny and cold doesn't equal summer sun. That's the best. Yeah. And I'm my best self inside of a pool outdoors in the sun. Like it's a real combination. I've got my best kind of workout in I've had the vitamin D pouring on me, you know, and then I go back inside.

Jamie (23:18.102)
No, warm, warm sunlight.

Jamie (23:34.614)
Mm-hmm. You know what, there's there's scientific proof. Dr. Amen, is that Amen? He just, saw a reel of his yesterday about how this one pill can change your whole life. This one pill, it's like they, Harvard just released a study about how it like makes you live longer, makes you healthier, all these things. And I was like, what's the pill? Like, it's weird that he's promoting some kind of pharmaceutical and he's like, it's vitamin D.

Dayle (24:04.179)
yeah, absolutely. Well, and like most vitamin D has come in like a thousand units or 2,500 units per pill. And he talks about, and lots of other doctors and like naturopaths talk about what we actually need, especially if we live in a winter place and we're taking like synthetic vitamin D, we're not getting natural. because like in the winter, I literally don't open the door to the house sometimes.

Jamie (24:04.782)
And I was like,

Jamie (24:31.254)
Even in the summer, we're not close enough to the equator for the sun to give us enough vitamin D.

Dayle (24:33.769)
Yeah, exactly. Exactly. So I they say that a person will literally start thriving in every area of their health, if they take about 10,000 units and like, guys, don't listen to us. We're just saying regurgitating what we saw on Instagram. We're not doctors, but

Jamie (24:53.326)
for the doctors, seek your health advice.

Dayle (24:56.523)
I did talk to my doctor about it just said like, what do you think about this? Like, do you think 10,000 is too much? And he's like, honestly, I don't think there's too much vitamin D possible, really. Like it's one of those things that, because if you were somebody that worked outside all the time, they wouldn't be like, this guy's just vitamin D, you know, like, or this girl's got just too much sunlight, too much sunlight, you know, it's hurting them. So, and like, don't go.

Jamie (25:07.502)
Crazy.

Jamie (25:17.674)
Overdosing on vitamin D. Yeah.

Dayle (25:25.995)
100,000 units of vitamin D if the recommended is max 10,000. But it's just an interesting thing. And I do take lots of vitamin D. And it definitely helps with like my mood, my energy levels, you know, all that.

Jamie (25:40.654)
One thing I'm also obsessed with right now, like actually if someone just give me an intervention on it, is watching the baby, like the baby where they take like adult people like Joe Rogan and you know, the along. Yeah, and they make them babies and they do their voices in but like with the baby video.

Dayle (25:52.743)
Yes. I can't stop.

Dayle (25:59.613)
Everyone. mean, I saw one of Michael Jackson and I saw I've seen everybody.

Dayle (26:08.927)
Yes. Absolutely hilarious. I can't stop once I start. And like now the algorithm knows me. So all I get is that. And I'm like, this is a bad start to my day.

Jamie (26:09.592)
hilarious and I'm obsessed. Obsessed.

Jamie (26:18.126)
I don't even get that Theo Guy stuff as him as an adult. I only get the baby version on my feet.

Dayle (26:25.899)
Totally. You like didn't even know who Theo Von was until he became a baby.

Jamie (26:29.27)
No, until he became a baby and now him and I are like one.

Dayle (26:34.889)
Yeah, and the funny thing about his are that he often mispronounces words with his like accent. So they're very believable from a baby's mouth to or like a toddler's mouth. And it just cracks me up. So anyway.

Jamie (26:48.32)
Mm-hmm. I know they're hilarious. the other thing I'm trying right now. Well, I've been trying it for a while. Is Invisalign? it's fine. It's fine. I mean, it's giving me the results. It's giving me the results I want, but they make it seem a lot easier than it is.

Dayle (26:58.252)
yeah, how's that going?

Mm-hmm.

You're very informative. Okay?

Jamie (27:12.438)
I'll say I will say that they make it seem like no biggie. You just wear a couple of trays and life will be good. Your teeth will be straight. Six weeks and you're done. No, I'm like 18 weeks in and or like more than double the weeks in waiting for my second round of trays because I didn't quite get the desired result that I was looking for. And because I had to get like more trays, I've been using the same trays for

Dayle (27:12.459)
Right.

Dayle (27:20.447)
Six weeks and you're done.

Jamie (27:42.102)
longer than recommended and now they're all like splitting like the plastic is splitting so like the inside of my mouth is just completely covered in cuts from the sharp plastic so

Dayle (27:54.395)
really? Well, and you were also saying that if you eat or drink anything and then don't brush your teeth immediately after it stains the tray.

Jamie (28:00.32)
anything. It's not even just brushing your teeth. If you don't literally like scrub the roof of your mouth, the sides of your mouth, your tongue, the whole nine for 15 full minutes, your trays get stained so easily and they stay still forever. Yeah. Yeah.

Dayle (28:08.616)
Dayle (28:18.259)
Yeah, and then it looks like your teeth are like orange or brown from your coffee or whatever. And like you get to keep that tray for months. So you're like going around with a new color teeth that you didn't burn.

Jamie (28:25.347)
Yeah.

Jamie (28:30.833)
So I'm really looking forward to being done. If anyone's out there that wants to try Invisalign, I do think the results are amazing. They have really helped my teeth, but just mentally prepare. Whatever your dentist says, it's more than double that amount of time and it takes a lot of sacrifice. There's certain things that I haven't drank since I started Invisalign because they stained my Invisalign the first time. I'm like, just can't risk that again.

So you're gonna have to give up certain foods. I can't eat Indian food. Cannot. Even if I brush my teeth after, it stains my... Yeah, it's just the wildest.

Dayle (29:04.875)
Right.

Dayle (29:08.277)
Really? Which was like an interesting thing because we think once we brushed our teeth, we're like back on track. Everything's, you know, good. But obviously not like there's still some particles floating around. Well, this is a really disgusting episode. You guys are welcome. Should we leave it there?

Jamie (29:20.77)
working around in your mouth. So anyways, that's just...

All the things you didn't want to know on this episode.

Jamie (29:35.426)
We've grossed them out enough, Yeah, pictures and all. We're always going to take pictures of it and post it on the internet for you to look at.

Dayle (29:37.675)
Exactly. More to come on the parasite cleanses. Have a great day, guys. Definitely not. not. Bye.

Jamie (29:47.682)
Bye guys.
